Hotel was clean, very polite and welcoming staff.
Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Dolmenweb Square was great and magnificent. Moreover, it's short walk to the stores and different types of restaurants and pubs and the historic centre...

The staff was extremely friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's wellness center offered a wide range of services, and we especially loved the fantastic massages provided by the talented masseuse. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of hot and cold choices, including warm croissants that were simply divine. The location was perfect, with the historical center just a short distance away. our experience at Hotel Palcat was top-notch, and we highly recommend it for families.
For dads, it would be great to have more activities or facilities specifically designed for children.

Loved the local cuisine at the onsite restaurants, especially the Museum of Chocolate. The spa was a great place to unwind, with a sauna, spa tub, and steam room. And the free breakfast buffet was a delicious way to start the day.
I absolutely adored the challenge of finding parking, the small uncomfortable beds, and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. So much fun!
